Organic Soap Making Kit

Create your own homemade soap with our convenient, pre-measured organic soap kits, which include: coconut, olive & sunflower oils, as well as sodium hydroxide (ie. lye).

Don't forget that if you would like to add scent and colour to your soap, Om Naturale carries a range of essential oils and clays so that you can personalize your creation.

Safety

It is highly recommended that you have a working knowledge of the room temperature soap making process, and, in particular, the safe handling of sodium hydroxide (ie. lye), before attempting this on your own.

Om Naturale hosts soap making workshops to teach the basic principles of this method. The one-day class is designed to be hands-on, with small class sizes in order to help participants feel comfortable with the soap making process.

Ingredients

Organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, organic sunflower oil and sodium hydroxide

Note: essential oils, and clays sold separately

While many of our products are good for years, because they are natural we recommend opening them within 6 months of purchase and using them up completely within 3-6 months of opening. Unopened products may have a shelf life of up to one year but we recommend using them when they are fresh and at their best. 

Our products are farmcrafted with natural ingredients and therefore should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes. Please ensure hands are clean, use a spoon or spatula with each use and avoid getting water or other contaminants in the jars. Always ensure lids are closed when not in use. 

Every product is handcrafted, small batch and from scratch. While recipes are consistent, colour and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch.
