Yugoslavian and Russian Red garlic are harvested and cured. Then, we go through a painstaking process of crushing, dehydrating and grinding the individual cloves before blending it with pure Himalayan pink salt. However, we've added a few twists with our smoked version. As the name suggests, we smoke the salt in small batches to give it it's trademark smokiness. Omstead Smoked Garlic Salt adds nice flavour to chillis, stews, meat rubs. Oh, and it's divine on garlic toast and popcorn!
