We grow our own garlic but if we do not have enough then we add local, certified organic garlic from other local farmers in our area. Then, we go through a painstaking process of crushing, dehydrating and grinding the individual cloves before blending it with pure Himalayan pink salt. However, we've added a few twists with our smoked version. As the name suggests, we smoke the salt in small batches to give it it's trademark smokiness. Omstead Smoked Garlic Salt adds nice flavour to chillis, stews, meat rubs. Oh, and it's divine on garlic toast and popcorn!

First I don't like to share when things are too good and hard to get, but the fact that there were no reviews on this product makes me think .. ALL WHO USE IT ARE LIKE ME AND WANT TO KEEP IT A SECRET! The Garlic salt and the smoked garlic salt are a must have in m kichen, rv camper as well as one just for my smoking meat products. You can never use too much, people always ask what did you put on that as it's awesome and the one item that stands out every time always contains this ingredient. They may as well call it the special edition as once every back yard wanna be pro bbq/smoker tries it, you will never be able to get it! 5☆
