Yugoslavian and Russian Red garlic are harvested and cured. Then, we go through a painstaking process of crushing, dehydrating and grinding the individual cloves before blending it with pure Himalayan pink salt. It's the perfect ingredient to have on hand in the kitchen because you can use it in so many ways. It's just as nice sprinkled on a bowl of popcorn as it is on a tender fillet of sockeye salmon!
