Our Shave Bar produces a ridiculously rich & creamy lather for a clean, moisturizing shave. Organic coconut, olive, castor and sunflower oils combine with organic shea butter, bentonite clay and an herbal tea infusion of organic oatstraw, lavender, chamomile and rose to leave your skin feeling luxuriously smooth and soft.
The combination of Lime, Patchouli, Spearmint & Lavender give our Shave Bar a captivating earthy-citrus scent.
While many of our products are good for years, because they are natural we recommend opening them within 6 months of purchase and using them up completely within 3-6 months of opening. Unopened products may have a shelf life of up to one year but we recommend using them when they are fresh and at their best.
Product Care
Our products are farmcrafted with natural ingredients and therefore should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes. Please ensure hands are clean, use a spoon or spatula with each use and avoid getting water or other contaminants in the jars. Always ensure lids are closed when not in use.
Every product is handcrafted, small batch and from scratch. While recipes are consistent, colour and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch.
I found this product in the Vancouver Airport in 2023 and the next year went right back to the same store specifically to get more. I have been using shaving soap for about 40 years and this is a wonderful product: hits all the right notes . It smells wonderful but subtle, lathers easily,gentle on the skin, effective lubrication and although the cake is not hard it does not dissolve away or melt down too quickly. I plan to stay with this one as long as it is available

My go to shampoo bar.
I gave up on shaving 60 years ago so I can't tell you what it is like for shaving but I can for a shampoo bar. It works so well it has been my only soap for 10 years. Actually I don't know for sure about how long. Discovered it at the Enderby market. I personally don't like scented soaps and this one is lightly scented enough that I could move away from Ivory. I keep a stock and include it in my gathering sale kit.
